Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll keep you informed.
Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times
- Latvia (Domestic): 1–3 business days via Omniva or DPD
- Western EU (Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Ireland): 4–7 business days
- Northern EU (Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Estonia, Lithuania): 5–8 business days
- Southern EU (Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Cyprus, Malta): 6–10 business days
- Eastern EU (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia): 5–9 business days
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order total. Free shipping may be available above a certain order threshold — check at checkout for current offers.
Plant Care During Transit We pack all plants carefully to ensure they arrive healthy. If your plant arrives damaged, please photograph it within 24 hours of delivery and contact us at plantaholic.onlinestore@gmail.com so we can make it right.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier disruptions. EU orders are shipped from Latvia and do not require customs clearance within the EU single market.
